Developing Leadership Qualities
The training aims to cultivate participants’ orientation toward applying leadership within their management activities, developing skills to exert leadership influence, and managing team-based collaborative efforts.
What will it be about?: The training will help participants gain a deeper understanding of the essence of leadership and how it differs from traditional management. Additionally, participants will assess their own leadership qualities and understand their current level of development. Participants will learn how to apply leadership influence techniques in their communication with followers, manage group discussions, facilitate collective decision-making processes, and effectively oversee teamwork for task completion within a team.
