Prevention of Professional Burnout
The goal of the training is to develop participants’ understanding of professional burnout, methods and tools for its assessment and prevention, as well as self-help skills when characteristic symptoms appear.
The training will help participants gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of professional burnout and the factors that cause it. They will learn to conduct self-assessment of their burnout level, analyze their professional environment to identify factors that provoke burnout. The training program includes exercises for developing skills to identify and mobilize their self-recovery resources, optimize their lifestyle by maintaining balance across all areas, and practice special self-regulation techniques to prevent emotional exhaustion.
For whom: The training is designed for organization employees whose work involves intensive communication with people.
